2026학년도 1학기 기말부터 연구활동종사자 안전교육 미이수 시 성적 열람제한을 실시하오니 반드시 필수 이수하여 주시기 바랍니다.
가. 교육대상: 이·공학, 예체능계열 학과 대학원생<붙임1 참조> - 공과대학, 에너지바이오대학, 정보통신대학, 조형대학 등 인문·사회계열을 제외한 학과 ※ 연구실에 소속되어 있지 않더라도 이·공학, 예체능계열 등 학과 학생인 경우 안전교육 필수 이수 ※ 2026년 1학기 신입생 및 편입생은 성적열람 제한 해당없음 ※ 일반대학원생(내국인) 성적열람 제한 해당없음(장학금 수혜제한 진행) 나. 교육이수시간: 학기당 6시간 이수 다. 교육이수: ~ 2026. 6. 25.(목) 까지 ※ 이수기간 이후 성적 정정기간에 성적확인 시 안전교육(6시간) 및 평가시험(60점) 진행 후 성적확인 가능

Grade Viewing Restriction for Failure to Complete Research Activity Personnel Safety Training (Spring Semester 2026) Starting from the final examination period of the Spring Semester 2026, students who fail to complete the mandatory safety training for research activity personnel will be subject to restrictions on viewing their grades. All eligible students are required to complete the training.
A. Training 대상 (Eligible Participants): non-humanities/non-social sciences fields graduate students in science, engineering, arts, and physical education-related departments (refer to Attachment 1). Departments in the College of Engineering, College of Energy and Biotechnology, College of Information and Communication Engineering, College of Art and Design, and other non-humanities/non-social sciences fields. Students in science, engineering, arts, or physical education disciplines must complete the safety training even if they are not affiliated with a laboratory.
Students in humanities and social sciences departments are exempt. Newly admitted students and transfer students in Spring 2026 are exempt from grade-viewing restrictions. Domestic students in the General Graduate School are exempt from grade-viewing restrictions (however, scholarship eligibility restrictions will still apply).
B. Required Training Hours 6 hours per semester
C. Training Completion Deadline By June 25, 2026 (Thursday) ※ After the completion deadline, students who wish to check their grades during the grade correction period must first complete: the 6-hour safety training, and the assessment test with a score of at least 60 points before they can access their grades.

E. Access and Completion Procedures (Refer to Attachment 2)
(1) Online Safety Training Access the Safety Management System server. Log in using your university portal account. Select Laboratory Safety Training (Online). Complete the course. ※ After completing the required training hours, students must achieve 60 points or higher on the assessment test (retakes allowed). (2) Mobile Safety Training Refer to Attachment 2 for detailed instructions on accessing and completing the training via mobile devices.
